Which one?
When the pictures from the Vizag trip came back developed from the lab, I and Gina started browsing through them together, comparing notes on which ones we liked. For most pics we had similar views, except for the ones below. Gina prefers the first pic, whereas I like the second one. That's why I couldn't choose which one to put up here and decided to let you, my dear readers, choose the one you like for yourself. So, here you go...

Am not so good with understanding composition, but the second pic appeals a wee bit more to me. :-)
PS: Don't kill me for this, but the line should read Gina and I... :-) (sorry, just can't help it!)
I vote for the first pic :) on the basis of pure aesthetic appeal...but I do like the concept of the second...
Heretic: I go by one simple rule: If you like it, the composition is good, else not. Also, thanks for correcting me. I keep making these mistakes and it is nice of you to correct me so I won't make the mistake again. But I may have to kill you nonetheless.
Ratlion: Thanks for your input. Somehow I find the second pic more appealing, but then that's me.

Afterthought: If I am gonna get killed then I like the first :).

All the voices in my head - right now, about three of them - agree with my choice of the first one. I like stark images, and I feel the shrubs in the second one somehow detract from the starkness of the image. So the score now is (Me + the three voices in my head + ratlion) 5-1.

I like both of them, but if pressed I would go with the first one.
I agree with Senthil - I think the shrubs distract from the rest of the image. First one! (I know, I know - atleast I should be on your side but... :D )

Gettingthere: Not you!!! There's no more reason to live. Wait, there is plenty of reason to live. However, there may no longer be a reason to open this blog to a democratic voting for selecting favourite pics.
